To promote the standardized and healthy development of Shanghai's e-commerce industry, the "2025 E-commerce Law and Related Promotion Training," hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, was successfully held from September 24 to 25, 2025. The purpose of this event is to strengthen understanding and implementation of e-commerce-related laws and regulations, and to promote industry self-discipline and compliant operations.
Our senior partner, lawyer Siyuan Zheng, was invited to attend and gave a keynote presentation on the theme "Difficulties and New Models in Dispute Mediation Related to Platform Economy" to member units of the Shanghai Online Shopping Chamber of Commerce.

Lawyer Zheng's sharing proposed new solutions and models in response to the rapid increase in disputes brought about by the explosion of the platform economy and the weak mediation efforts, which received enthusiastic responses and recognition from the attendees.
