Biography

Mr. Edward Li graduated in 2013 from East China University of Political Science and Law with LLB degree, meanwhile Mr. Li minored in international economics and trade at Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade and obtained a bachelor degree in economics.

Mr. Li passed the National Judicial Examination in 2012, and joined our law firm in 2013. He has been working in the firm as an Attorney at Law and received high praise from the clients for his diligent practice.

Mr. Li's working areas mainly include corporate and commercial, merger and acquisition, foreign investment, banking and finance, property and conveyancing, litigation and arbitration. Mr. Li's working languages include Mandarin and English.
