Biography
Ms. April Xiang graduated from Xiamen University with a master degree in international law in 2005.
April has practiced in Horizon Law Firm for nearly ten years. She has extensive experience in syndicated loans, real estate development and construction/sales/leasing, equity mergers and acquisitions, and has handled many well-known commercial real estate projects and residential projects responsible in loans, mergers and acquisitions, development and construction, pre-sales and sales.
April has served for Standard Chartered Bank responsible for SME and personal banking legal affairs. She has extensive experience in personal/SME deposit/mortgage/unsecured loan product development, e-banking issues, online business, individual information protection, bank card, customer complaint handling, risk management and other aspects.
