Biography
Lawyer Xu Yonghao graduated from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law with a Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law.
Lawyer Xu has participated in the restructuring of listed companies, large real estate enterprises, and multiple small and medium-sized enterprises. He has served as a manager to conduct due diligence on debtors, write restructuring work reports, review bankruptcy claims, study complex and difficult legal issues, and provide legal opinions for bankrupt debtors and investors in bankrupt enterprises. Before joining Horizon Law Firm, Lawyer Xu practiced at Shanghai Huisheng Law Firm in corporate legal, insurance subrogation claims, contract disputes, and other civil and commercial cases, providing long-term legal support to clients. Lawyer Xu is very familiar with civil and commercial law and has rich experience in non litigation and litigation. In 2024, Lawyer Xu joined Horizon Law Firm to provide services to insurance companies such as PICC Property and Casualty Insurance, Taiping Property and Casualty Insurance, and others.
