Biography

Lawyer Sunny Deng graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law in 2001 with a Bachelor of law degree. Later, she continued her further education and obtained a Master of law degree (Criminal Law Major) in 2004.

Ms. Deng obtained her license to practice law in China in 2005.She has successively practiced in several famous law firms in Shanghai and served as a member of the insurance business committee of Shanghai Lawyers Association. She joined Horizon Law Firm since 2020.

Ms. Deng's main business areas are: wealth protection and planning of family and enterprises, life insurance planning and dispute settlement; civil and commercial litigation and arbitration; negotiation and settlement of company labor disputes, company law project negotiation; legal affairs and review of company's daily contract, formulation and modification of rules and regulations; criminal litigation, warning and avoidance of criminal risks during company operation.
