Biography
Ms. Yuan Chen graduated from Wuhan University with bachelor degree in laws in 2000, and obtained her LL.M. from Shanghai Maritime University in 2003 and LL.M. from Tulane University, USA in 2007.
Ms. Chen was admitted to practice law in China in 2005, and then admitted to practice law in California, USA in 2011.
Ms. Chen's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including international and domestic investment, compliance investigation, data protection and cybersecurity and dispute resolution. Before joining Horizon Law Firm, she had served many foreign and domestic law firms and companies for years, and ever served as the Head of Legal Affairs for the China entities of a Fortune 500 company. Ms. Chen has substantial experience in representing multinational companies in handling important and complicated transactions, disputes, regulatory investigations and relevant legal documents drafting, negotiation and implementation.
